before starting up allabout projectmanagement, Dennis spent two years with Esprit, a financial services company specialising in Asset Based Finance.
in the early days Dennis has been known to perform marketing functions, conduct actual finance deals as well as commandeer repossessed equipment from defaulting clients. clearly he is a man of many talents. he then spent two years with Rand Merchant Bank, also in the Asset Based Finance sphere, but now has a chance to brush up on his previously tarnished image of ‘debt collector’.
two years later, he joined Barclays Global Investments in the U.K, where he ended up managing large projects for the first time. Dennis found project management to be his calling and has remained in this field ever since.
he has 12 years of hands on experience and a great track record in project management. two years later he returned to South Africa and joined Siltek Finance for an interim period where he helped set up a separate entity, again specialising in rental and asset based finance.
after Siltek came Nedbank Limited where he played a specialist role in project and programme office activities.
some four years later, he met up with Matthew Pitman and formed allabout projectmanagement and the rest is simply history.

Graham now occupies the role of Executive Director in allaboutXpert and is responsible for the Resourcing, Academy and Consulting Divisions in the Western Cape.
when he is not working at working, Graham enjoys as much physical activity as he can get including swimming, mountain biking, gardening, and playing with his three children.

Nic Walters
Nic grew up in Cape Town and is an avid private pilot. he spent a portion of his life at Syfrets Trust Limited in the occupations of private banking and portfolio management.
at some point in time a new system was required for managing asset portfolios and other asset based securities, which became Nic’s focus for three years. designing and building an application which is still in use both locally and internationally.
it must be said that the systems bug bit a little deeper than anticipated and he moved into the systems arena, then into an operational role and finally ended up at Nedbank Limited in the project and portfolio management space, where he focused his energies for 14 years.
Nic was an original member of the management team that set up Coronation Asset Management at Nedbank. he took his team to the top of the international project and programme management community by coming first in an international benchmarking exercise.
